Policy Statement on Quality Assurance

Temodoug (Nig.) Company Limited (TNCL.) is incorporated in Nigeria to carry out all manners of engineering, civil construction, building construction, oil field maintenance and services, industrial safety and general contractor. Using our optimal resources and current business practices, the company is determined to work safely and efficiently in accordance with the client's requirements and standard. From the foregoing, utmost importance is given to conformance with international and local acceptance quality standards, which is also intended to sustain the company in the competitive market. The Company's management objective is to provide services and products, which are in conformity with BSS 750 ISO 900 standard and to client contractual requirements. To fulfill this objective, the company has decided to adopt the Quality Assurance System and Program as outlines in this manual. The Quality Management Department has the full support of the management to implement all measures contained in the quality system or program. Quality Management Department is directly responsible to the Managing Director and has no functional primary responsibility or conflict of interest with any department. It is required of all personnel to operate in strict accordance with the system, performing their tasks correctly and contribute to the application and continue improvement of the Quality Management System. The company's policy remains as follows: "All activities by individual or teams will be planned and executed in such a way that our customers' requirements as well as the company's business objectives are met safely, efficiently and cost effective".

We are committed to provide a safe, injury-free workplace by integrating safety into our daily operations decision and processes. We actively promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage employees to proactively manage their personal health. Temodoug (Nig.) Company Limited (TNCL.) complies with all applicable regulatory HSE requirements wherever we operate. We undertake the appropriate training for all our employees and contractors' personnel, to ensure that our procedures and government regulations are known and observed. We also engage with stakeholders to develop responsible laws regulations and innovative programs that provide safe guards for the community, the workplace and the environment; while providing flexibility to meet the needs of our business.
